Hi, I’m Nikkita Nair
I am a Journalist, Photographer, and Content Designer, specializing in travel, finance, tech, culture and wellness.
My curiosity has led me to immersing myself in Santiago de Compostela as I learned Spanish, embarking on a multi-day kayak trip in the Pacific Northwest paddling with orcas and other marine life, conducting investigative due diligence research and diving into the world of financial crime through art, precious metals and casinos, amongst others.
When I am not writing, I am usually out for a long run, learning a new language, exploring a cafe in my neighbourhood, engrossed on my next book or following where my curiosity takes me.

Whether it is exploring how a neighborhood in Medellin transformed itself after being in the middle of violence for decades, diving into the relationship between art and financial crime or discovering how cities have evolved to become more sustainable, I have a strong passion for writing about the spaces and themes that encourage us to discover the world on a deeper level.
